Lucy you got some E'splanin to do...

I would like to welcome Luci and Riki to the family. Shane's dad had puppies again. So I talked my mom into getting one of them because we had to put our sweet Hannah girl to sleep in Feb. We started with having Luci.
Ali went to Chester with us to get her and met the last puppy that we called Lilly. Ali did not leave the dog kennel the whole time we were there.
I guess when we got home my dear niece started to tell everyone that they were going to take Lilly to the pound (not the case, that was not even an option at this point).
Shane and I were in Chester this past weekend and I got a call from my dad expressing his concern for the last remaining puppy. I explained to him that Ali was just trying to get someone to take her and that there was no way she would be going to the pound.
A few hours later my mom called me and said you better just bring that puppy up here. So we did.
I gave her a bath when I got to my moms and she let Lucy in to play with her. I told my mom we should call her Ethel. She said that was a rough name, so I said how about Riki. She said ok! we can spell it the girl way. So Riki and Luci are now together with Ringo and Che at my moms house. I am happy we have two new sweet girls for the kids to play with.

Fairview and Jay's Cabin

Shane and I went up to Jay Johnson's cabin for a night. I took a few more pictures. For some reason I am really into Sepia and Black and White pictures. We even saw a doe! Woo.

Pretty Toes - Diamonds are not a girls best friend

I was sitting on the floor painting my toes when Jake came in a layed down by me. I finished mine and looked at Shane, then grabbed Jake. Shane told me it was torture but Jake was a good sport - he just layed there and let me do it. I told Shane that it was either Jake or him and he happily volunteered Jake.

Jordan River Trail

Jake and I went on a walk down the Jordan River Trail just off of 7200 S. I found some cool spots to try to play with my camera. Here is Jake swimming in the river.
